Your situation

A clear task.
A starting point.

Find the situation closest to yours. Use it to start a conversation about the support you need.

Starting your first business

Turn your business idea into a clear list of registration questions and documents.

Forming a new company

The founders and business plan are in place; the information and documents need to be coordinated.

Planning the first operations

Establish how the company will keep records, document transactions and administer employees.

Scope of work

Registration support.
Scope of work.

These are the possible areas of work. Your proposal specifies the relevant tasks, outputs and responsibilities.

Initial conditions

Discuss the activity, founders, intended company form and current stage of preparation.

Information checklist

List founder and company information, documents, translations and certifications relevant to the assignment.

Document preparation

Prepare the agreed package from confirmed information and clarify its content before signing.

Submission support

Help organise filing and registration-related coordination within the agreed authority.

Follow-up questions

Review comments and requests concerning the documents and identify changes within the assignment.

Starting operations

Discuss initial accounting, transaction records and HR administration. Ongoing support is a separate engagement.

Before filing

Who handles each part

Agree the documents, responsibilities and signing arrangements at the start. Understand what the founders need to provide and which tasks you can delegate.

You provide and confirm

  • The planned activity, founders and their status.
  • The proposed name, director and address, or decisions that remain open.
  • Information for the documents and authority for the actions you entrust to us.

We prepare and support

  • A working checklist of missing information and documents.
  • The agreed drafts and questions to resolve before signing.
  • Assigned filing steps and follow-up on questions about the documents.

We agree separately

  • Who signs and files, and how original documents are exchanged.
  • Translations, certifications and representatives where needed.
  • Accounting, HR and legal support after the company is established.

The competent authority decides on state registration. We are responsible for the agreed support, with its scope established before work begins.

The output

What you
receive.

Agree the format and scope before work begins, so you know what you will receive and how it can be used.

Discuss the output I need
  1. Required decisions, information and documents for your circumstances.

  2. Documents prepared within the agreed scope.

  3. Progress on the actions entrusted to BMS and registration documents received.

  4. Next steps for accounting, contracts and personnel matters where needed.

An illustrative task

The founders have agreed on a business and want to launch

The idea and participants are clear, but the name, director’s authority, address and documents need organising.

The work

Clarify decisions and preparation requirements, gather information and draft documents. Agree filing arrangements and the applicant’s authority separately.

What the company receives

The agreed document package and a sequence of actions before and after registration. The authorised body makes the registration decision.

The working process

From a conversation
to practical steps.

  1. Describe the company

Discuss activities, founders and decisions already made.

  2. Prepare the package

Confirm information, documents, signing and filing authority.

  3. Complete the registration stage

Support the agreed actions and discuss how the company will start operating.

For the first conversation

Tell us about

  • The planned activity and founders
  • Preferred name and legal form, if already selected
  • Proposed director and address
  • Foreign participants and planned initial transactions

Before we begin

Other questions
to consider.

What information is needed to start company registration?

For the first conversation, describe the activity, founders, director, address and documents already prepared. Identify any decisions still open. We then define the document checklist for your circumstances. Do not send passport details or scans through the website form.

Can you work with documents we have already prepared?

Yes. Tell us what is ready, whether it has been signed and whether it has been filed before. Discuss a review of the existing package, missing information and the next steps. The extent of revision depends on the materials.

How should foreign founders start?

Specify the participants’ countries and status — individuals or legal entities — and whether they have a representative in Tajikistan. This helps identify the information, documents, translations and authority to discuss. Acceptance and the precise scope are agreed for your circumstances.

Can we discuss registration remotely?

You can make the initial enquiry through the website or by phone. Further document exchange, signing, filing and any involvement of a representative are agreed separately. A remote first conversation does not mean that every registration step can be completed without personal attendance.

What determines the timing and cost of support?

We first assess the company form, founders, information available, revisions, translations, certifications and actions assigned to us. We then agree a proposal and schedule for our work. Document preparation time and review by the registration authority are discussed separately.

What can you handle after registration?

Accounting, HR administration and contract support can be arranged separately. Discuss the first transactions, employees and company records, then agree the scope and start date.
