How we handle your enquiry

What the form records

Your name, phone number or email, selected service, optional message, submission time and consent version. These details are used to respond to your enquiry and organise further communication.

Where the enquiry goes

The enquiry is saved in a private WordPress inbox, accessible to authorised site administrators. This form does not forward enquiries to a shared CRM or an email address. Documents are exchanged separately through an agreed channel.

Storage and your choices

Enquiries are scheduled for removal from the active inbox after 90 days. The scheduled job runs when the site receives visits. Backup copies are managed separately and may retain earlier data until the relevant backup is replaced or removed. You can call us to request correction or deletion, or use the phone instead of the form.

Technical information

Hosting and security services may process technical request data, including server logs. The form uses an irreversible, hourly changing key to limit repeated submissions; it does not attach raw IP addresses to enquiries. This release has no connected third-party analytics tracker. Administrator login uses WordPress session cookies.

Do not send financial statements, ID documents or employee information through this form. Submitting an enquiry does not create a service contract or confirm acceptance of an audit engagement.

Website statistics

The site stores aggregate daily counts of page views and phone-link clicks for 90 days. Only a public page path, event type and a broad source category (such as Google or ChatGPT) are recorded. The statistics use no visitor identifiers, cookies or browser storage. Full referring URLs, query parameters and form contents are not stored in the statistics, and no analytics data is sent to another company. Administrator visits and browser DNT/GPC signals are excluded. A rotating, irreversible request key limits repeated event submissions. Saved enquiries are counted separately, excluding records marked as tests or spam.
