BMS

Closing a business

Company
liquidation.

BMS supports company liquidation in Tajikistan. We assess records and outstanding balances, prepare agreed documents and assist with the steps to close the legal entity.

Your situation

A clear task.
A starting point.

Find the situation closest to yours. Use it to start a conversation about the support you need.

The owners have decided to close

Organise documents, responsibilities and the sequence of actions.

The company is no longer trading

The entity still exists; balances, filings and closure requirements need review.

Liquidation has already started

Help is needed with remaining documents, reconciliations or final registration.

Scope of work

What the
work covers.

These are the possible areas of work. Your proposal specifies the relevant tasks, outputs and responsibilities.

Initial assessment

Review legal form, progress, accounting condition, assets, liabilities, employees and open issues.

Plan and responsibilities

Define BMS work, management and commission tasks, authority and dependencies between stages.

Decisions and notifications

Help prepare agreed documents and arrange their submission according to the company’s circumstances.

Accounting and tax materials

Reconcile supplied data and prepare agreed calculations and materials for liquidation balances and filings. Reconstruction is scoped separately.

Outstanding obligations

Organise balances, evidence and open issues. Disputes, employment actions and representation are included only when agreed.

Final registration

Prepare the agreed final package, support submission within authority and obtain the registration outcome.

The output

What you
receive.

Agree the format and scope before work begins, so you know what you will receive and how it can be used.

Discuss the output I need
  1. An action plan, assigned responsibilities and missing-information list.

  2. Documents, calculations and materials within the agreed scope.

  3. A register of unresolved matters and completed-action evidence.

  4. Registration outcome documents following the authority’s decision.

An illustrative task

Trading has stopped but the entity remains active

The owners want to close the entity but need to identify outstanding records and balances.

The work

Map obligations and documents, agree the plan and roles, prepare scoped materials and support the required actions.

What the company receives

A clear process, agreed documentation and evidence of the assigned stage’s outcome. The authority determines the registration result.

An illustrative situation explaining the service.

The working process

From a conversation
to practical steps.

  1. Assess the company

Identify completed actions, assets, debts, employees and available records.

  2. Agree and perform the work

Define scope, roles and authority; prepare materials and support the agreed steps.

  3. Complete the assigned stage

Check the package, support registration actions and record the result and remaining obligations.

For the first conversation

Tell us about

  • Legal form, business activity and reason for closure
  • Whether a liquidation decision exists and actions already completed
  • Employees, assets, debts, disputes and active contracts
  • Accounting arrangements and the periods covered by available records

Before we begin

Other questions
to consider.

Can we enquire if the company has been inactive for years?

Yes. Begin with its current status, records and unresolved obligations. No trading does not itself establish legal closure.

Do you guarantee a fixed completion date?

No overall deadline is promised in advance. After assessment, we explain stages and dependencies; a registration-stage deadline is not the duration of the entire liquidation.

What if there are debts or disputes?

Disclose them before scope is agreed. Bankruptcy and court representation are not automatically included in standard support.

Who acts as the liquidation commission?

Composition and authority follow the company’s documents and applicable requirements. BMS and commission roles are agreed separately; an online enquiry does not appoint BMS as liquidator.
